[The Saxophone Choir +Guests] perform Peter Brotzmann *Pharaoh Sanders * Sun Ra

The last time they played together as the “Warsaw Sax Choir” an extended version of Peter Brotzmann’ s “Machine Gun” was performed. 

This concert was sold out and the physical power of the massed horns, drums and bass still echo’ in the ears of people today.

But todays climate has changed, the world is in a different place and in order to recognise this it has been decided to not only play “Machine Gun” but to add another, different spiritual dimension to the evening so the following will be added to the repertoire.

“Astral Traveling”, from master Pharaoh Sanders and “Space is the Place” by Sun Ra.

All of the musicians have been active on the Warsaw / national and international scene for a long time and therefore need no introduction, but if you really want to know, please do an internet search.
